The plots arranged at rittochino respectively have an average slope of 44% and 10% is a rich ground in a skeleton of franco-sandy weaving. The screws raised in simple Guyot, with a plant density of 9,000 strains per hectare, enjoy a dry and ventilated endealpine climate that favors its cultivation.
Grapes: 100% fumin.
From the wine grapes
The grapes harvested in the second decade of September have been destroyed, pressed and let them macerate for 13 days in a ferment at a controlled temperature. The automated replacement system has made it possible to optimize the management of vinification according to the fermentative vigor. Following the racking the wines are refined for 12 months in French oak barrels, for two months in a steel tank and for at least one month in the bottle.
Indicative production: 3,490 bottles.
