The Vallée d'Aoste Doc Petite Arvine, produced by Institute Agricole Régional is a white wine from the straw yellow color tending to the greenish with intense fragrances of citrus fruits and flowers, is indicated to accompany fresh goat cheeses and mountain herbal soup.
Production area
The vineyard is located on the Hill of Aosta in Cossan resort at an altitude of 620 m S.L.M. With southern exposure. The plot fixed to rittochino has an average slope of 35% and a rich ground in a skeleton of franco-sandy weaving.
The screws raised in simple Guyot with a plant density of 10,000 strains per hectare, enjoy a dry and ventilated endealpine climate that favors cultivation.
Grapes: 100% Arvine
From the wine grapes
The grapes harvested in the second decade of September following the delay were cried and pressed from oxygen shelter. The must obtained clearly made for flotation, has slowly fermented at temperature and controlled oxygenation. The wine was therefore preserved for 3 months on yeasts in steel tanks and aged for at least one month in the bottle.

Wine features and combinations
Straw yellow wine tending to greenish. Highlights intense aromas of citrus fruits and flowers reminiscent of grapefruit and wood. The good structure and the sapid flavor make it indicated to accompany fresh goat cheeses and mountain herbal soup.
