SPAGHETTI WITH TOMATO SAUCE

Recipe

Ingredients for 4 people

500 g of ripe tomatoes

salt

pepper

Basil or parsley

500 g of spaghetti

Half a glass of oil

possibly: grated parmesan

Preparation

Peel the tomatoes after keeping them for a few minutes in hot water. Pass them through a sieve and collect the pulp in a bowl. Season them with salt and pepper and add a few leaves of fresh basil or parsley. Cook the pasta in plenty of boiling salted water. As soon as it is al dente, drain it and divide it into plates. Season the portions first with a spoonful of oil and then with the tomato puree, after removing the basil or parsley leaves. Let each diner mix their own spaghetti themselves, adding Parmesan cheese if they like.
