
Chicken breasts with mustard and herbs
Ingredients for the chicken
Breadcrumbs to taste to bread the chicken
- 2 sage leaves
- 1 sprig Rosemary
- 1 sprig Parsley Whirlwind white pepper
- 30 g Butter 3 tablespoons Mustard
- 600 gr Chicken breasts in slices,
- 2 tablespoons
- Olive oil
Ingredients for the marinade
- 3 tablespoons of Olive oil juice
- 1 lemons
- 1 pinch
Salt Marinate the chicken breast slices by beating the lemon juice with 3 tablespoons of extra virgin olive oil and a pinch of salt in a bowl.
Finely chop the herbs and add half of them to the marinade.
Place the chicken slices in a container and pour over the marinade. Leave them to marinate for about 30-40 minutes. In a pan, add part of the marinating liquid, add the chicken and brown it on both sides, season with salt.
Once browned, drain the chicken breasts and spread them with mustard with the help of a knife, then pass them in the breadcrumbs and brown them in a pan containing 30 gr. of butter and 2 tablespoons of oil. When they are ready, add the ground white pepper and the herbs you have kept aside.
