INDIAN CHICKEN

Ingredients for 4 people

Chicken 1 of 1,5 kg
Curry 2 tbsp
Flour
1 tbsp
Cream 1/4 l
Ginger 1 small piece

Parsley to taste

Chives to taste

Salt to taste.

Preparation Clean and cut the chicken into pieces, arrange them in a circle on a round baking dish and cook at maximum power for 7 minutes. Flip the chicken pieces and cook for another 7 minutes.

Dry the chicken from the cooking fat, placing it on a sheet of absorbent paper, then place the pieces in a baking dish and sprinkle with the cream, in which you have already diluted the flour and curry. Add salt, sprinkle with the ginger cut into slices, and the chopped parsley and chives, then stir in order to distribute the aromas well.

Cover and cook for 3 minutes on maximum power. Let it rest for 3 minutes and serve with the pilaf rice.
