Sapin is a sweet and delicate liqueur with a very aromatic taste. Its recipe was developed in the second half of the twentieth century. Sapin is produced through the infusion of a skilful mix of herbs.
Sapin has digestive properties and is therefore perfect as an after meal, preferably drunk in company. Serve straight, but it is also excellent hot as "grog".
