Mirage Floral White wine

The Mirage Floral is a fantastic Valdostano wine produced in Valle d'Aosta, it is excellent combined with risotto and fricandeau.

Production area
The vineyard is located in a hilly area at an average altitude of 750 meters above sea level with south-east exposure. The plot fixed to rittochino has an average slope of 40% and a rich ground in skeleton with free-sandy weaving.
The screws raised in simple Guyot with a plant density of 10,000 strains per hectare, enjoy a dry and ventilated endealpine climate that favors cultivation.

From the wine grapes
The grapes harvested in the second decade of September were destroyed, pressed and pressed after a few hours of low temperature maceration. The must obtained, oxygenated and rendered clear for flotation, has slowly fermented at a controlled temperature. Turn the malolactic transformation, the wine remained in contact with the yeasts for about 8 months. The sulfur dioxide has been added to a minimum dose solely on the occasion of the fine filtration that preceded bottling.

Wine features and combinations
White wine with golden yellow shades is characterized by intense floral and fruity notes reminiscent of rose, almond and apricot. Pleasantly soft, structured and intensely aromatic combines with pumpkin risotto, curry chicken and fricandeau.
